Items must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received.
Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
For complaints (e.g. defects or damages), please write to info@smart-elevation.com and include photos and your order number so we can process your case as quickly as possible.
We naturally follow all applicable Danish rules regarding returns and warranty.
Are there any items that cannot be returned
Yes — certain products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for your order.
This applies especially to custom-made headboards or products where you have selected custom dimensions, fabrics, colours, shapes, or any other modifications that differ from our standard models.
Because these items are produced uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a warranty-covered defect is present.

When will I receive my order?

For larger or custom-made headboards, shipping is calculated individually based on weight, dimensions and delivery address.
