What is your return policy?
At Smart-Elevation ApS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@smart-elevation.com before sending anything back, so we can provide the necessary instructions.
Items must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received.
Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
For complaints (e.g. defects or damages), please write to info@smart-elevation.com and include photos and your order number so we can process your case as quickly as possible.
We naturally follow all applicable Danish rules regarding returns and warranty.
Are there any items that cannot be returned
Yes — certain products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for your order.
This applies especially to custom-made headboards or products where you have selected custom dimensions, fabrics, colours, shapes, or any other modifications that differ from our standard models.
Because these items are produced uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a warranty-covered defect is present.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the specific order and type of product.
The expected delivery time will always appear in the purchase agreement or in your order confirmation, which you receive by email after placing your order.
We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but custom-made headboards may require longer production times.

ur products are manufactured in China at a certified factory that holds all relevant quality and compliance certifications.
The production meets all EU and international standards and requirements, ensuring that our products fulfil high demands for safety, quality and durability.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order, the destination and the type of product you purchase.
Your exact shipping cost will always be shown before you complete your order at checkout or will be stated clearly in your order confirmation.
For larger or custom-made headboards, shipping is calculated individually based on weight, dimensions and delivery address.
